Each of these progressions is intended to guide you in your subsequent trips. With each trip, we challenge you to move one square forward in one of the six categories. Find models and mentors to guide you. Share your resources with others. Spend time cultivating in-school and in-trip partnerships. Over time, as you become more experienced, your FSA will become more complex and more challenging – but also more rewarding for your students and for yourself.
