Choose well
Take the time to consider the alternatives, build some prototypes, and make pro–con lists. As you do this, you should also pay attention to your gut feelings (Burnett, 2021). After you’ve consulted with colleagues and explored possible alternatives, which trip decision feels right to you? Which version of the trip fills you with excitement, not dread? If you pay attention to your emotions, this will help you make the right choice. Then, once you’ve made your decision, don’t look back! Part of this design process is to make your trip choices not only emotional but also irrevocable.
